1. LetterFinch
LetterFinch is a desktop email application developed by Skipper Innovations. It is currently offered only as private-development and evaluation software. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to the LetterFinch website and any preview build made available to you.
2. Connected accounts
You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices, email accounts, and provider credentials. LetterFinch’s access to Google services is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.
3. Private-development software
Preview builds may contain unfinished features, errors, or changes that affect locally stored data. They are not intended to be the sole copy of important information. Features described on this website may be under active development and may change before public release.
We may suspend or end preview access, change compatibility requirements, or replace local data formats while LetterFinch remains in development.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use LetterFinch to violate law, send unsolicited bulk communications, evade provider safeguards, gain unauthorized access, or interfere with another person’s accounts or data.
5. User-directed actions and agents
You remain responsible for messages sent and mailbox changes made through LetterFinch, including actions initiated through an agent or external tool you authorize. Review proposed actions and capability permissions carefully. LetterFinch will continue to improve safeguards, audit records, and reversible workflows, but not every provider action can be undone.
6. Intellectual property
LetterFinch, its branding, and its original application code and design are owned by Skipper Innovations or its licensors. These Terms do not grant permission to redistribute a private preview build, use LetterFinch trademarks, or reverse engineer the application except where applicable law expressly permits.
7. Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, private-development software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free synchronization. Skipper Innovations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of a preview build.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms as LetterFinch develops. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
